We believe in the concept that one size does not fit all and teaching should be transparent. Teaching and work mastered should not only be limited to school, but real life situations too. Every learner is treated as an individual with individual educational needs. We use a wide variety of resources and teaching approaches to help your child learn and master the skills needed.
We develop a program for every child after gathering information from teachers, parents and the learners themselves. As every child is unique, so is every barrier to learning unique. We believe teaching should fit the child’s learning style and be fun, motivational techniques. The focus is on developing a true understanding and not repetitive worksheets. Many children experience uncertainty during examinations. Unsure how to use the information they do possess. This teaching option aims at providing typical examples of how exam papers are structured, the weights each subsection carry in a learning area, how questions are asked and how to put your answer into the correct format. The aim is to lessen the stress surrounding an exam paper and provide methods for clear and concise answers.

We provide guidance in how to plan, arrange your workplace, summarize and how to learn the work. We work on a method which places emphasis on using your memory while you learn and not merely re-reading work. We respect the fact that parents are the primary educators. PALS learning support provides guidance for parents in using a collaborative approach. We work together in finding methods and teaching ways to support your child’s educational growth. We can help you set up a plan of action and develop methods to help your child overcome his / her barrier to learning. Here the parent will implement the plan while we eliminate the uncertainty where to start. Once a term we provide parent group guidance on topics like: reading speed, reading accuracy and basic numeracy skills. The aim is to support the parent to develop your child’s skills at home. This will be advertised on social media, but feel free to contact us to acquire more information. We are available to provide all the above services to tutors too. Teachers are such an important role in every child’s life. As teachers, we know how easily we can become ‘set in a routine’. This option aims to provide more ideas and methods the teachers can use and to give your class an even bigger advantage. Support for teachers, accommodating a learner / learners with specific barriers to learning can be given. We can assist in ideas to help your learners develop in basic skills needed, like comprehension. These methods and ideas are suitable for class instructions.
